Welcome to my blog on vacations and travel and it is my endeavor through this blog to write about places I have travelled as well as places where I have never travelled but would like to travel and in the process I would like to write about those places so that everyone benefits especially my readers.
Also the aim of this blog is to write and discuss about plethora of vacation options and vacation planning.
As with any vacation it invariably involves travel and I will simultaneously list everything related to travel along with travel advisory and travel planning and travel guides.
With this blog of mine I will give everything you need to know starting with places to visit and vacation ideas as that is where your vacation effectively starts that is in your head.
I will strive to give you a list of vacation destinations based on several things which can be Romantic getaways, honeymoon destinations, golf vacations, family vacations and above all tips to save your money on the cheap vacations which may be called all inclusive vacations in the vacation lingo or as they call in the online world the discount vacations.
Then there are vacations which are kind of hobby vacations or sports vacation you can say like the golf vacations or skiing vacations which are among the most popular. Other sports also have aficionados but I believe that they are not as popular as vacations destinations as golfing or skiing enthusiasts take to vacation
World travelling is another thing with a lot of people travelling to exotic destinations as well as well known places like the Seven Wonders of the World.
Then there are places which special for some reason like the beaches or the Safaris. The safaris in Kenya are popular and then the beaches in Thailand are famous.
With hectic lifestyle and the corporate rat race people generally have less time for each other and that leaves the weekends. Popular today are the most weekend getaways far away from the maddening city life and into some oasis of a land where there is peace and calm.
For bird lovers there are the destinations where they can take off for great bird watching vacations and in the similar vein are folks who go off for an alternative lifestyle vacations.
For relaxation there are the famous spa vacations at exotic locales which provide relief to the stressed out corporate executives of today.
For the fun loving there are adventure locations to canoeing locations and also there are special scuba diving locations.
Staying the way the kings used to live is an experience in itself so there are the vacations in the big palaces of India especially Rajasthan and also you can go to exotic locales in Egypt and Thailand.
Travelling in trains in luxury is another great way to explore a country or a region and hence almost all countries ranging from the Switzerland to India have trains which take you to a different world view.
Another special thing that you can do is the Houseboat rentals for the vacations and enjoy the water and the serene sorroundings.
